Visio Nova Mundi is a Community Interest Company (CIC). We operate for public benefit and reinvest surplus into research, innovation, and community-focused initiatives aligned with our mission.
Community benefit
Our activities are designed to deliver measurable improvements in service delivery, inclusion, and wellbeing outcomes. We work with partners to pilot solutions, evaluate results, and scale responsibly based on evidence.
Asset lock
As a CIC, we operate under an asset lock to ensure that assets and profits are used for community benefit. Surplus is reinvested into programmes and activities aligned with our public benefit objectives.
Transparency
We aim to operate with clear reporting, accountable governance, and responsible partnerships. Where appropriate, we publish summaries of outcomes, impact, and evaluation findings.
Our wider ecosystem
The Tree of Life ecosystem may feature CIC-led programmes, research initiatives and independent founder-led ventures aligned by shared purpose. A project's inclusion does not make it a CIC asset, activity or responsibility.
Visio Nova Mundi CIC operates with clear separation of governance, finances and decision-making. Independent ventures retain their own legal, financial and operational identity.
TradeVault Painter Pro and Project Clandestinus are separate commercial ventures. Their ownership, intellectual property and funding are not part of Visio Nova Mundi CIC, and CIC grants or sponsorship do not automatically finance them.
