Unity House Center is a social-impact programme being developed through Visio Nova Mundi CIC. Its proposed model combines affordable food, community support, education, employment pathways, charitable collaboration and reintegration opportunities within one accessible community environment.
Future services described here are proposals until the programme is operational.
Project Clandestinus is an independent creative and publishing venture featured within the Tree of Life ecosystem. It combines books, symbols, decoding challenges, interactive experiences and a wider creative world.
Project Clandestinus remains independently owned and operated. Its inclusion within the Tree of Life ecosystem does not transfer its ownership, finances, intellectual property, prize obligations, publishing activities or legal responsibilities to Visio Nova Mundi CIC.
WorkCraft is an independent founder-led workplace innovation focused on improving how painters, decorators and other practical professionals carry, organise and access their tools. The Painter Tool Bag concept remains part of its development context.
WorkCraft retains its own ownership, intellectual property and future commercial options. Its inclusion within the Tree of Life ecosystem does not make it a CIC-owned product.
Visio Nova Mundi explores responsible uses of research and artificial intelligence in healthcare, justice, education, public services, community wellbeing and social innovation.
This work is not presented as a live AI platform or operational service unless separately evidenced.
Founder and Strategic Transformation Adviser Florin is developing a future advisory role supporting organisations, communities and public institutions through structured review, research and practical planning.
Future delivery may use Visio Nova Mundi CIC, a separate commercial company, a partnership or another appropriate structure. It does not claim governmental authority or completed city-scale assignments.
Projects will be classified before public listing. The review considers legal and intellectual-property ownership; the responsible operator; funding, contracts, risk and insurance; data-controller responsibility; prize or reward obligations; and whether the work is operational, under development or conceptual.
